Career Exploration Program

Focuses on bridging the gap between high school education and the workforce. We bring subject matter experts from different industries to educate and inspire high school students and recent graduates who are not enrolled in college. Through hands-on workshops, industry-specific training, and career guidance, we aim to equip these young individuals with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to succeed in specific industries such as technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, finance, real estate, and more. Our goal is to provide them with the resources and support necessary to explore different industries, discover potential career paths, and gain the skills needed for success in the workforce. 
 

Phenoms to Legends Program:

Athletic Empowerment Program

Phenoms to Legends is an inspiring program launched by Lashley Outreach.  Phenoms to Legends focuses on exceptional young athletes aged 10-16 who excel in sports, music, or other talents.

Here’s how it works: 1. Interviews: Bobby Lashley interviews these talented kids on his podcast, getting to know them beyond their athletic abilities. 2. Parent Involvement: Parents are also part of the conversation, sharing insights about their child’s dedication and motivation. 3. Skill Exchange: After the interview, Bobby learns from the young phenom by participating in their sport or talent.  4. Motivation: The program aims to motivate other kids by showcasing these remarkable young talents

We provide mentorship, skill development, and emotional support to help these young athletes navigate their unique circumstances and unlock their full potential. Our goal is to empower them to excel in their athletic abilities while also addressing any issues they may be dealing with.
